You will drive cross-functional programs, bring structure to ambiguity, ensure delivery discipline, and help scale execution as we grow. If you love translating strategy into execution plans and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

Drive sprint planning, roadmap tracking, and milestone alignment
Identify risks early and proactively unblock teams
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery
Establish scalable processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
Improve release cycles and delivery predictability
Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable plans
Ensure documentation, communication, and cross-team clarity
What We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Program Management in a product-based company
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience working with engineering teams (AI/ML or healthcare tech exposure is a plus)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle ambiguity and operate in fast-paced environments
Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project tracking systems
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or AI-driven products
Exposure to clinical data workflows or regulated environments
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
What Success Looks Like
Programs delivered on time with high quality
Clear visibility across teams on priorities and progress
Reduced execution gaps and faster release cycles
Engineering and product teams aligned and unblocked
