Art Director – Digital and Motion

Key Responsibilities
Create and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including short videos, GIFs, Reels, and other content from scratch.
Work with raw footage to produce polished video content such as interviews and entertainment-based videos.
Develop short-form motion graphics videos that captivate and engage the audience.
Edit long-format content, including podcasts and documentaries, ensuring seamless narrative flow and professional quality.
Utilize advanced skills in Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects.
Enhance video content with animations, transitions, and other visual elements to improve viewer engagement.
Use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit visual elements required for video projects, including thumbnails, overlays, and other graphics.
Stay updated with and proficient in newly emerging AI tools to streamline and enhance video production and editing processes.
Work closely with the creative team, including designers, writers, and marketing professionals, to ensure cohesive and compelling video content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Contribute to content strategy by proposing innovative video ideas and formats that align with the brand’s goals and audience preferences.
Continuously explore new trends and technologies in video production and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with AI tools relevant to video production and editing.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content, including social media videos, motion graphics, and long-format edits.
Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in creating video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
Familiarity with color grading and correction techniques.
