Position Overview As an

Application Lead for Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) , you will serve as the primary technical authority and point of contact for the design, construction, and configuration of consolidation applications. You will bridge the gap between financial requirements and technical execution, leading the development lifecycle to ensure applications are robust, efficient, and aligned with global business needs. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary lead for all FCC-related projects, overseeing the development process from inception to deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex financial reporting needs into technical specifications. Problem Solving & Innovation:

Independently resolve high-level application issues and contribute innovative solutions to overcome technical bottlenecks. Team Mentorship:

Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and providing technical guidance to team members. Performance Optimization:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application speed, accuracy, and overall system performance. Technical & Professional Skills Must-Have Expertise: Oracle FCC Proficiency:

of hands-on experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). Financial Domain Knowledge:

A deep understanding of global consolidation processes, eliminations, and financial reporting standards. Architecture & Design:

Proven ability to design and architect scalable EPM applications. Data Management:

Proficiency in data migration strategies and integration techniques between FCC and external ERP systems. Leadership Competencies: Independent Execution:

Proven track record of performing independently in a remote, distributed team environment. Analytical Troubleshooting:

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and logic errors effectively.
