Delivery Head (immediate joinees preferred) BOMBAYDC – Mumbai (Onsite) CTC Package: 22-30L p.a.

We are looking for a Delivery Head to own the end-to-end delivery function for BOMBAYDC’s digital platforms and product experiences.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, work closely with Design, Technology, Strategy, Finance and Operations leadership, and act as a senior escalation point for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of delivery governance, operational excellence and leadership maturity.

What you will own 1. Delivery Leadership • Own delivery performance across multiple projects and clients • Lead and mentor 3–4 Project Managers and their portfolios • Establish delivery standards, frameworks and governance structures • Ensure strong planning, estimation, execution and risk management • Build a PMO culture focused on predictability and excellence 2. Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as senior escalation point for key clients • Build relationships with CXO and senior client stakeholders • Partner with Business, Design and Technology leadership on client growth • Support project scoping, commercials and renewals • Represent delivery capability in leadership and client forums 3. Operational Excellence • Drive resource planning, forecasting and utilization across teams • Work closely with Finance and Operations on margins and revenue assurance • Improve delivery efficiency through better processes and tooling • Drive adoption of Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies • Own delivery dashboards, reporting and performance metrics 4. Risk & Quality Governance • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve issues early • Protect projects from scope creep, timeline slippage and cost overruns • Ensure high standards of design, engineering and execution quality • Run retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles 5. People Leadership • Mentor Project Managers to become stronger leaders • Drive performance reviews and capability building • Build future leadership within the delivery organization • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and empathy

What we’re looking for: Experience • 10–15+ years in digital delivery, program management or operations • 4–6+ years leading delivery teams or Project Management organizations • Experience in digital product environments (web, apps, platforms) • Background in agency, design-tech or product-led organizations preferred • Experience managing enterprise clients and CXO stakeholders

Commercial understanding of: • Project costing • Margins • Utilization • Billing and revenue forecasting
