Business Operations & Program Manager

to support our Core Platform organization within a fast‑paced FinTech environment. This role sits at the intersection of

engineering, operations, and leadership , helping teams stay aligned, informed, and accountable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable engaging with engineering teams, and excels at creating clarity through documentation, meeting rigor, and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities Program & Execution Support Partner closely with engineering and platform teams to track and support delivery of key initiatives Understand and speak to engineering projects, dependencies, risks, and timelines Help drive execution rhythm across multiple workstreams Performance & Operating Cadence Plan and run recurring

performance and operating meetings Capture clear action items, decisions, risks, and follow‑ups Ensure accountability and consistent progress reporting Documentation & Notes Maintain

extremely detailed, high‑quality notes

from meetings and working sessions Track decisions, changes, and commitments over time Organize and maintain accessible documentation for leadership and teams Leadership Communication Help maintain strong

leadership communication patterns

across the Core Platform organization Prepare summaries, readouts, and updates for senior leaders Translate complex engineering topics into clear, concise messaging Organizational Communications Own and publish a

weekly newsletter

to the Core Platform organization Highlight progress, milestones, priorities, and key updates Ensure consistent tone, clarity, and alignment with leadership messaging
