Red Hat OpenShift ,

ODF (Ceph Storage) , CI/CD integration, observability, and container networking/security. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable container platforms supporting business-critical workloads. Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and support

environments. Manage and optimize

ODF (Ceph Storage)

for persistent workloads. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrated with OpenShift. Configure and manage container networking using

SDN / OVN Kubernetes . Monitor clusters using

Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki stack . Troubleshoot cluster, storage, networking, and performance issues. Automate platform operations using

Ansible and Shell scripting . Enforce security best practices for containerized workloads. Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with DevOps, application, and security teams. Core Tools & Technology Stack Red Hat OpenShift ODF (Ceph Storage) Kubernetes, Docker CI/CD Pipelines Ansible, Linux Administration Git, Shell Scripting Prometheus, Grafana, Loki SDN, OVN Kubernetes, Networking Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10+ years overall IT experience with

5+ years in OpenShift administration . Strong hands-on experience with

ODF / Ceph storage . Solid understanding of containerization and Kubernetes concepts. Experience with CI/CD tools and automation. Strong knowledge of networking and security in container platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education:

BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
