Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our Pune team. You will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy integrations using Core Connectors, CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, and PECI/PICOF. - Analyze requirements, design inbound/outbound integrations, and handle transformations (e.g., XSLT). - Develop integrations using APIs, RaaS, and custom reports. - Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT). - Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and follow Workday best practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 3–8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience. - Expertise in: Core Connectors (including CCW), CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF. - Strong knowledge of Workday data models, security, XML/XSLT, APIs, and RaaS. - Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills. - Workday Integration certification preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Workday Orchestrate for event-driven integrations.
