Functional Consultant, EC

#Hiring : SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (Employee Central) Location: Remote Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant in SAP SuccessFactors)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC) and at least one full-cycle implementation experience.

Key Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors ✔ Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central Implementations ✔ Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Mandatory) ✔ Expertise in:

Foundation Objects

Metadata Framework (MDF)

Time & Event Management

Business Rules & Workflow Engine

Role-Based Permissions (RBP) ✔ Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live support ✔ Strong stakeholder communication & documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Lead/Support full-cycle EC implementations

Configure and optimize Employee Central modules

Collaborate with HR and technical teams

Handle integrations and data migration

Provide post-go-live support & enhancements
