Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Project Management (preferred) Certifications like PMP / MSP / Primavera (Desirable)

Work Experience: 10–15 years of professional experience in project planning and controls Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in

high-rise residential or commercial building projects Proven track record of handling multiple large-scale projects in the real estate/construction industry

Responsibilities: Lead project planning and scheduling activities for high-rise projects across multiple locations Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project Define WBS, assign activities, resources, and cost loading to track project performance Coordinate closely with project execution, procurement, design, MEP, and quality teams to align planning objectives Conduct critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, and suggest corrective/preventive actions Prepare and present high-level reports for internal and external stakeholders – including project dashboards, S-curves, and earned value metrics Lead weekly/monthly progress review meetings with senior leadership and project teams Mentor and guide planning engineers and senior engineers in schedule management and reporting Review contractor’s planning submissions, validate schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines Implement best practices in planning, monitoring, and project controls aligned with Sobha’s project delivery model
