Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) Cloudzzure Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and online client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, drafting customized proposals, and converting leads for IT & Salesforce services.

Key Responsibilities Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms Identify relevant projects and submit tailored proposals Communicate with international clients and follow up on leads Coordinate with technical teams for requirement understanding Maintain records of bids and client interactions Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable service offerings or solutions Track proposal performance and improve bidding strategies to increase win rate Support in scheduling discovery calls and preparing initial project scope or documentation

Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT Business Development Strong proposal writing and communication skills Good understanding of Upwork and online bidding Target-oriented and self-motivated
