Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage front-desk responsibilities, handle student queries, and ensure a smooth support experience for our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound student calls professionally
2. Assist students with course-related queries
3. Manage visitor interactions at the office
4. Maintain records and basic documentation
5. Support internal coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates may apply)
2. Working knowledge of MS Office
3. Professional communication and phone etiquette
Compensation:
Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
