Business Analyst – Strategy & AI Implementation

(Internship | Bangalore | Starting March 26)

We're building something ambitious — and we need sharp, self-driven people to help us do it. This isn't a typical internship where you'll sit in on meetings and take notes. You'll work directly with the founder across two growing businesses —

Capstone Life

(Real Estate) and

Yantralive

(Heavy Equipment) — on real problems that need real solutions. A big part of the work involves AI: figuring out where it fits, how to implement it, and actually making it happen. If you're someone who gets things done without being told twice, this will be a great fit.

What we're looking for: You're an MBA student (or recent grad) from a reputed institute with at least a year of work experience before your MBA. You understand how businesses run, you can think on your feet, and — this part matters — you're genuinely comfortable with AI tools and can show it, not just talk about it. You should be available for a minimum of 4 months and ready to work out of our Bangalore office full-time. Stipend:
