Role Purpose
The
Principal – Learning & Education Strategy
will serve as the
education and training subject matter expert across Knowledge Networks initiatives , providing strategic guidance, instructional leadership, and quality assurance for all learning programs including
RALC, ERAI, CdM Training, GiveBackGyan, and other capability-building initiatives .
The role will ensure that all training and educational initiatives are
pedagogically sound, scalable, aligned with organizational goals, and impactful for diverse learner groups across academia, industry, and community programs.

The role functions as a
cross-program learning strategist , ensuring consistency and excellence across all education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Program Design
Define the
learning strategy and educational frameworks
for Knowledge Networks initiatives.
Design and guide
curricula, certification programs, workshops, and executive education modules
across RALC, ERAI, CdM, and related programs.
Ensure programs follow
best practices in pedagogy, adult learning, and instructional design.
Create scalable
learning models for in-person, hybrid, and digital learning environments.
2. Instructional Design & Content Oversight
Lead the
design and review of training materials , including curricula, learning modules, case studies, and assessments.
Guide SMEs and trainers in developing
high-quality learning content.
Ensure content aligns with
learning objectives, outcomes, and professional standards.
Introduce
innovative learning approaches , including experiential learning, simulations, and case-based teaching.
3. Program Development Across Initiatives
RALC
Support design of
leadership and research-oriented learning programs .
Develop
structured learning pathways and advanced workshops.
ERAI
Provide educational structure for
research capacity building and professional development programs.
CdM Training
Design
professional certification, practitioner training, and capacity-building modules.
GiveBackGyan
Ensure programs follow
inclusive learning models
suitable for diverse learners and community participants.
4. Knowledge Networks Learning Governance
Establish
learning standards, templates, and quality frameworks
for all Knowledge Networks training programs.
Develop
guidelines for course design, evaluation, and certification.
Ensure consistency across programs while allowing flexibility for each initiative.
5. Faculty, Trainer & SME Enablement
Support SMEs, instructors, and facilitators in developing and delivering learning programs.
Provide
training and guidance on pedagogy and instructional design.
Build a
network of faculty, mentors, and trainers
across initiatives.
6. Learning Impact & Evaluation
Define
metrics for learning impact and program effectiveness.
Implement
assessment frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
Use data insights to
continuously improve training programs.
7. Digital Learning & Innovation
Guide the adoption of
digital learning platforms, blended learning models, and AI-assisted learning tools.
Explore
micro-credentials, digital certifications, and modular learning programs.
Support scalable learning experiences for
global and remote participants.
