Strategic Marketing Manager

who can help translate our market positioning into clear messaging, compelling content, and effective marketing programs. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across both strategy and execution. The person in this role will help shape how the market understands Revenue Optics while building campaigns and assets that support pipeline development and sales engagement. You will work closely with company leadership, sales, and revenue operations to ensure marketing efforts contribute directly to business growth.

Responsibilities Go-to-Market Planning and Campaign Strategy:

The Strategic Marketing Manager will support the development of marketing plans that align with the company’s business priorities and growth objectives. This includes identifying target segments, refining messaging, and helping design campaigns that connect the company’s insights with the needs of prospective clients. You will work closely with leadership to develop marketing initiatives that reflect the company’s positioning and ensure marketing efforts remain aligned with commercial strategy. Content Development and Thought Leadership:

Content plays a central role in communicating the company’s perspective on revenue operations and commercial performance. The Strategic Marketing Manager will help build and manage a content pipeline that includes articles, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and other thought leadership materials. The focus will be on creating content that helps executives understand the value of improving sales coverage, strengthening revenue operations, and installing more effective commercial operating models. Content will also support the sales process by helping prospective clients understand the outcomes and practical impact of Revenue Optics’ work. Brand and Messaging Consistency:

The role will support the continued development of a clear and consistent brand presence across digital channels. This includes ensuring that the company’s messaging is aligned across the website, campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials. You will help translate complex operating concepts into clear business language so that senior leaders can quickly understand the value of the company’s approach. Demand Generation and Marketing Programs:

The Strategic Marketing Manager will support marketing programs that create awareness and engagement with the company’s target audience. This may include digital campaigns, webinars, email outreach, executive briefings, and other initiatives designed to connect the company’s insights with potential clients. The role will also involve managing campaign execution and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion through testing and refinement. Marketing Performance and Reporting:

Marketing performance will be monitored using clear metrics tied to engagement, pipeline development, and sales activity. The Strategic Marketing Manager will help track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights that inform future marketing decisions. You will work closely with leadership to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business priorities and contributing to meaningful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology services, consulting, or related industries. Candidates should be comfortable managing both strategic planning and hands-on marketing execution. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex ideas into clear business messaging. Candidates should also be comfortable working with marketing performance metrics and using data to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Experience collaborating with sales teams or revenue operations functions will be helpful.

This role is based in India and can be remote. Because the team and clients are primarily located in the United States, the role requires working a majority of U.S. business hours to support collaboration with leadership and sales teams.
