Job Purpose
High-level efficiency, strategic alignment of recruitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Sales, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Support roles,
- Workforce planning with business heads
- Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche hiring
- Ensure structured screening, interviewing, and selection process
- Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining conversions
- Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.
Pre requisites Knowledge.
- Search & Sourcing tools.
- Labour Legislation/Compliance
- Market trends.
- Technical Fluency
Education, Experience and Competencies:
Education
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources & Business Administration.
Experience
4 + years of experience in similar role.
