Must-Have Skills

- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) – preferably Delmia Apriso. - Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java. - Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations.

Preferred Skills

- 5+ years in requirements gathering, architecture, and process detailing. - Hands-on experience in MES implementation (Delmia Apriso suite). - Integration with ERP, PLM, and shop floor systems. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design. - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Willingness to travel for consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Enhance MES Solutions: Understand Delmia Apriso architecture and contribute to design and enhancements. - Managed Services Support: Handle APRISO support tickets/incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams. - Root Cause Analysis & Optimization: Solve recurring issues and suggest process improvements. - Process Assessment & Consulting: Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
