Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing property sales and client portfolios, developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and effectively guide clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Understand client needs and pitch the right projects
Explain project details, pricing & benefits
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Follow up and close sales
Maintain lead records and achieve targets
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales preferred
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Willing to travel for site visits
