Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

.NET Core and Blazor . Build responsive and user-friendly UI using

Blazor and Syncfusion components . Develop and optimize backend services and APIs. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full stack developers. Design and manage databases using

SQL Server . Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned scripts. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements. Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects. Assist in effort estimation, sprint planning, and task allocation. Track team progress and provide regular status updates. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in

C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET . Hands-on expertise with

Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) . Experience using

Syncfusion UI components . Strong proficiency in

SQL Server , database design, and query optimization. Experience in developing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams. Added Advantage (Good to Have) Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
