Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building exceptional user experiences and scalable frontend systems.

This is a full-time remote role where you will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop modern and high-performing interfaces for our SaaS products.

As a Frontend Developer at COD King, you will:

• Build and maintain modern, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces • Develop scalable component architectures using modern frontend frameworks • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flows • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Implement clean, maintainable, and well-structured code • Identify and debug UI issues across devices and browsers • Contribute to product improvements and UI/UX enhancements • Stay updated with modern frontend technologies, AI-powered development tools, and best practices

Qualifications

•

2+ years of experience in Frontend or Full-Stack Development • Strong proficiency in

JavaScript and modern frontend development practices • Experience with modern frameworks such as

React or Svelte • Deep understanding of

UI architecture, component-based design, and responsive layouts • Strong understanding of

core web fundamentals

such as

DOM, browser rendering, event loop, and web performance • Experience building

scalable and performance-optimized web applications • Familiarity with

REST APIs and backend integration workflows •

Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks is a plus •

Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce platforms is a plus • Experience using

Git and modern development workflows • Understanding of

modern frontend tooling, bundlers, and build systems • Ability to write

clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Strong

problem-solving and debugging skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience building SaaS products • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce platforms • Experience using AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.) • Understanding of D2C commerce workflows
