Service Engineer

At Frascold, we are currently looking for experienced Service Engineers to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service activities for Refrigeration Racks, Condensing Units (CDUs), and Compressors across industrial and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities : Handle after-sales service complaints for Refrigeration Racks, CDUs, and Compressors Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system faults Support commissioning, start-up, and breakdown services Coordinate with customers and provide professional technical support Prepare Spares & Service Offer, Service reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action plans Ensure adherence to safety standards and service SOPs

Candidate Profile : Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Refrigeration / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Refrigeration & HVAC service experience Strong technical knowledge of: Refrigeration cycles and compressor operation Condensing units, racks, and control systems Electrical panels, wiring, protections, and safety devices Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical drawings Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions

Soft Skills : Customer-focused and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : Experience in industrial refrigeration / supermarket refrigeration / cold rooms / IQF / blast freezing Exposure to OEMs such as Frascold, Bitzer, Danfoss, Carel, etc. Knowledge of HFC / HFO refrigerants (NH₃ experience is an added advantage) Knowledge in Heat Pumps, CO2 systems is an added advantage
