Role Overview This role is for senior RMs and wealth leaders from banks, broking, securities and wealth firms who already manage large HNI/UHNI portfolios and want to scale their practice through a differentiated, high-quality product ecosystem. The role involves independent client onboarding and long-term relationship management.

Mandatory Criteria (Strict) ✔ ₹50 Cr+ AUM (current or prior) ✔ 50–500 active HNI / UHNI relationships ✔ Strong product knowledge & client lifecycle management ✔ Compliance-driven, relationship-led approach (Not suitable for candidates without an existing HNI client base)

Compensation Fixed CTC:

₹6 LPA – ₹60 LPA
