About the Role
We are looking for a
Lead SoC Verification Engineer
to drive end-to-end verification of next-generation
ARM-based System-on-Chips (SoCs)
powering data centers, networking, automotive, and AI platforms. You will own complex subsystem and full-chip verification using industry-leading methodologies while mentoring engineers and influencing architecture for verification excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of
performance, scalability, and silicon reliability —perfect for engineers who thrive in technically deep environments.
Key Responsibilities
✔ SoC & Subsystem Verification Leadership
Architect and own
UVM-based verification environments
for complex ARM SoCs
Drive verification strategy from
IP → Subsystem → Full Chip
Define coverage models, assertions, scoreboards, and constrained random flows
Lead debugging of silicon-critical issues across simulation, emulation, and post-silicon
✔ Protocol & Interface Expertise
Verify high-speed interfaces including:
Ethernet (10G/25G/100G+)
PCIe Gen4/Gen5
DDR4/DDR5 memory subsystems
Ensure performance, coherency, and compliance with specs
✔ Technical Ownership & Mentorship
Review testbench architecture and verification plans
Mentor junior engineers and raise verification quality bar
Collaborate closely with RTL, architecture, and firmware teams
Required Qualifications
6–12 years
of hands-on SoC/IP verification experience
Deep expertise in:
SystemVerilog & UVM
ARM-based SoC architectures (AMBA AXI/ACE preferred)
Coverage-driven verification methodologies
Strong experience verifying at least two of the following:
Ethernet
PCIe
DDR Memory
Debug proficiency across simulation/emulation platforms
