Job Description:

1) Customer Experience Delivery & Management

1. Conduct refresher training sessions for dealer store designers on design standards and effective customer management. 2. Monitor branch dealer designers’ performance with respect to design quality, accurate estimates, and lead conversion. Guide designers in product and material selection. 3. Verify designs against site conditions and ensure timely closure of the design process with customers, in line with the defined sales process.

2) CRM Adherence

1. Ensure all digital leads are contacted by the dealer within 24 hours. 2. Maintain lead journey hygiene and data accuracy for the branch.

3) Docket Verification

1. Cross-check designer project dockets, including drawings and BOQs. 2. Ensure accurate and complete dockets are shared with the TSI for order booking.

4) Software Management

1. Ensure dealer store teams are adequately equipped and trained to use required software tools.

5) Compliance Management

1. Ensure adherence to defined company policies, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications Required: Degree/Diploma in Interior Designer/bachelor’s in architecture

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

1. Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch up and MS Excel. 2. Excellent creativity in designing & conceptualizing, well verse with designing modular furniture and residential interiors. 3. Good communication and writing skills.

Experience:

2 Year of Experience for bachelor’s in architecture/Degree in Interior Designing & 3 Years work experience for Diploma in Interior Designing/Graduate in any discipline.
