Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will focus on sales-driven campaigns, optimization, and collaboration with creative teams to build high-performing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

with a strong focus on

sales and ROAS Manage and scale

Google Ads

(Search, Display, and YouTube) campaigns Monitor daily performance and optimize for

CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Test and scale winning audiences, creatives, and campaign structures Work closely with the

creative and content teams

to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and reports Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices

Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Strong hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Experience running

sales and conversion campaigns Good understanding of funnels, pixels, and tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4) Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions Experience working with creative teams and giving clear briefs. Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience with D2C or healthcare/wellness brands. Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization. Basic knowledge of analytics tools.
