Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive. The role is based in Narela, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support. The Customer Support Executive will ensure timely responses to online and offline customer queries, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service experience.
Qualifications
Expertise in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
Proficiency in managing Online Support and resolving customer inquiries through virtual channels
Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting product-related issues
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize customer needs effectively
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support, business administration, or related field is preferred
