Our mission is to enable meaningful, scalable partnerships across the creative ecosystem.

Role Description

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive (AE) to help build YURME’s sales function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you will own revenue, close early customers, and work closely with the founder to define ICP, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Own inbound and outbound sales Prospect and qualify agencies and production houses Run discovery calls and product demos Convert trials into paid pilots and annual contracts Close 7–14 day trial cycles Build sales playbooks, pitch scripts, and objection handling Define ICP and pricing narratives Maintain clean CRM hygiene Identify high-performing segments (casting agencies, production houses, creator agencies) Help refine positioning and suggest vertical expansion Share market feedback to influence product roadmap

Revenue Targets

First 3 months: Close 10–15 pilots 6 months: 25–30 paying agencies 12 months: Support predictable ARR growth

Qualifications

3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience Experience selling to agencies, production houses, or marketing firms preferred Comfortable selling early-stage products Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills High ownership mindset and ability to work independently Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch Strong communication and presentation skills

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in media or creator economy Prior experience at an early-stage startup ( Experience building outbound sales playbooks Understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn)

Monthly new logos Trial-to-paid conversion rate Average deal size Sales cycle length Pipeline coverage

Compensation (India | Seed Stage)

Base: ₹6L–8L per annum Variable: ₹10L–12L (performance-based) OTE: ₹16L–20L ESOP: As discussed
