Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering OpenText InfoArchive implementation projects. The role involves managing end-to-end archiving and legacy application decommissioning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage OpenText InfoArchive implementation projects from initiation to closure Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers Coordinate with architects, InfoArchive developers, AppBuilder developers, and business stakeholders Manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and change control Oversee data archiving, legacy system decommissioning, and validation activities Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear status reports to leadership Ensure adherence to data governance, retention, and compliance requirements.
