Project Coordinator

from an engineering background to support cross-functional project activities within the organisation. This role involves structured coordination, follow-ups, data tracking, and ensuring smooth communication between multiple internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage tasks across teams.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities and project-related tasks between

Technical, Sales, Presales, Finance, HR, and respective HODs of these departments . Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; ensure all teams adhere to milestones. Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, follow-up trackers, and action items. Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the CEO with clear summaries and suggested solutions. Schedule and organise internal review meetings; ensure teams are aligned with deadlines. Collect data and inputs from departments, consolidate reports, and present structured updates to the CEO. Support process improvements by identifying gaps and ensuring timely execution of tasks across teams. Maintain confidentiality and handle information with professionalism and maturity.

Required Qualifications B.E./B.Tech

in any engineering discipline (Fresher). Strong academic background with interest in project management or coordination roles.

Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination, follow-up, and task management abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. Well-organised, self-driven, and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.
