Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, Meta, and LinkedIn , with a strong focus on

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic platforms Drive

AI-based lead generation strategies , audience modeling, and smart automation Manage high-intent

lead generation and conversion campaigns

with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI Implement advanced

retargeting, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools and AI insights Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients Collaborate with creative, content, and client-servicing teams for seamless execution Stay updated with the latest trends in

AI advertising, programmatic buying, and paid media innovations Attend

face-to-face client meetings

and manage client communication when required

Requirements 3–10 years

of hands-on experience in

Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing Strong expertise in: Google Ads Programmatic Advertising Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Campaign Manager Proven experience with

AI-led ad optimization, automation, and lead scoring Deep understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting strategies, and performance scaling Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong client-handling and communication abilities Mandatory digital agency experience
