What You'll Do:
Content Creation & Creative Execution
• Conceptualise and create high-quality social media content (static posts, carousels, reels briefs, ad creatives, banners, brand decks).
• Design platform native creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads, and performance campaigns.
• Write sharp, brand-aligned captions and assist in scripting short-form video content.
• Translate brand strategy into visual systems like
colour grids, typography, layout logic, and content themes.
• Create pitch mockups, campaign mood boards, and visual references for internal and client presentations.
• Ensure creative consistency across monthly content calendars.
Client Coordination
• Present content calendars and creative rationale to clients.
• Collect feedback and translate it into clear creative revisions.
• Maintain version control and structured asset documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of approved creatives and campaign assets.
Performance-Oriented Creative Thinking
• Design creatives optimized for engagement, CTR, and conversions.
• Work with performance teams to test variations (copy + design A/B concepts).
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, caption writing, and visual experimentation.
• Contribute to creative testing roadmaps for scaling accounts.
Brand Development & Competitor Analysis
Research weekly social media and market trends to identify brand opportunities and create engagement-driven ideas.
Conduct weekly brainstorming sessions with design & copy teams to conceptualise campaigns and activities aligned with brand goals.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare and present monthly performance reports every month, highlighting key insights and metrics.
Maintain transparency through incident reports and monthly issue logs with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all communication (internal & external) is documented appropriately via email.
Maintain documentation of reports, files, assets, and escalate concerns to reporting managers and design teams monthly.
Administrative & Project Support
Be available for tasks assigned by supervisors and ensure timely completion.
Assist with meeting scheduling, client records, updating project documentation, and coordination.
Actively participate in pitch research, coordination, and execution to achieve team targets.
Strategic & AI Driven Contribution
Use AI tools and analytics to identify opportunities, personalise outreach, and strengthen client strategies.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns.
Track project timelines, performance, and budgets to align with client and business goals.
Support leadership with account growth strategies and actionable insights.
What you bring:
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or creatives(preferably in a digital/creative agency).
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and campaign processes.
Experience using CRM & AI tools (HubSpot AI, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI etc.) for insights and client communication.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with clarity and confidence.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and passion for delivering meaningful client experiences.
