About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist
to lead end-to-end hiring for niche and critical technology roles. This role requires deep expertise in technology hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to build high-performing engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing capabilities, consultative hiring skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Engineering, Product, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and skill expectations
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Drive hiring metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratios
Manage candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
Negotiate compensation and close offers effectively
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive technical talent
Track and report recruitment KPIs and provide hiring insights to leadership
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT/Product organizations)
Strong understanding of technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, React, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills
Data-driven approach to recruitment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience hiring for mid-to-senior level technical roles

Experience in hiring for niche or product-based roles
Exposure to ATS platforms (e.g., Keka, Greenhouse, Darwinbox, etc.)
Experience in scaling teams in high-growth environments
