2–4 Years WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards in

Zoho Analytics. 1.

Create automated MIS reports for channel-wise sales performance (Website & Marketplaces). 2.

Generate business insights including revenue trends, SKU performance, category analysis, return %, and profitability insights. 3.

Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. 4.

Integrate data from multiple sources (Sales, Inventory, Marketing, Operations) into Zoho Analytics. 5.

Automate recurring reports using Zoho Analytics, Google Sheets, and Advanced Excel. 6.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams for performance tracking and planning. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1.

Hands-on experience in Zoho Analytics (Dashboard creation, KPI tracking, report automation) – Mandatory. 2.

Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, automation). 3.

Experience in E-commerce / D2C / Fashion Retail reporting preferred. KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2.

Data-driven mindset with business understanding. 3.

Ability to convert raw data into actionable insights. PREFERENCE IN CANDIDATE:
