Bridge of Sales supports international B2B manufacturers entering European markets through distributor networks. We design and execute structured outbound strategies to connect manufacturers with qualified distribution partners.
Role Description
This is a remote freelance role for a B2B Lead Generation / Appointment Setter focused on European markets. The position requires structured multi-channel outreach, including stakeholder research, outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email follow-ups.
You will be responsible for identifying the correct decision-makers within European distributor companies, engaging them professionally, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for senior sales managers. This is not a volume call-center position. The role requires research skills, business communication maturity, and ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research decision-makers within European distributor companies (Owner, General Manager, Purchasing Manager, Business Development Manager)
Verify contacts via LinkedIn and company websites
Conduct outbound calls during European business hours (CET)
Combine phone outreach with LinkedIn and email follow-ups
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
Schedule qualified online meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records
Track performance and continuously improve outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound calling
Experience prospecting European companies is strongly preferred
Ability to identify stakeholders within company structures
Confident spoken English with clear pronunciation
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting (Sales Navigator is a plus)
Comfortable handling gatekeepers professionally
Target-oriented and self-disciplined
Ability to work during European business hours (CET)
Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
Mass-market B2C call-center experience is not relevant for this role.
Working Format
Remote / Freelance cooperation.
Must be available during European business hours (CET).
Compensation
Base monthly retainer + performance bonus per qualified meeting.
Compensation structure discussed during the interview.
Long-term cooperation for consistent performers.
