Role Description:

Love working with numbers, Excel, and improving processes? If you’re curious, analytical, and excited about building your career in Compensation & Benefits, this role could be the perfect next step.

You’ll work closely with the Total Rewards team to drive C&B operations, analytics, and process improvements, while gaining exposure to meaningful projects that go beyond routine HR operations.

What You’ll Do • Manage Compensation & Benefits operations with high accuracy • Build MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Contribute to high-impact C&B projects beyond BAU • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless reward processes

What Makes You a Great Fit • 2–3 years of experience in C&B / HR Operations / Total Rewards • Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with strong collaboration skills

Education • MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline • Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes will have an added advantage
