Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Inventory & Demand Planning Assistant supporting Avinci’s e-commerce operations based in London. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting demand forecasting, and ensuring efficient product availability across online channels. You will work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and marketing teams to track product performance, identify fast- and slow-moving styles, and support data-driven inventory decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective remote collaboration to support a fast-growing fashion e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and track product movement across online channels Support demand forecasting using sales trends and seasonal patterns Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and low-stock products Assist in restocking and allocation planning Prepare inventory performance reports and insights Coordinate remotely with operations, marketing, and catalog teams Support strategies to minimize overstock and stockou

Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills for remote teamwork Basic knowledge of inventory management or retail operations is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools preferred Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup Any Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Fashion or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory Interest in fashion retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage Freshers and passionate learners are encouraged to apply
