Ekaani is a premium home, wedding, and gifting brand curating elevated collections across décor, crockery, glassware, and luxury home accents. We are expanding our B2B distribution footprint across India.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B Home Channel Manager who already has a strong network of home furnishing, décor, crockery, and lifestyle retail stores. This role is focused on expanding Ekaani’s multi-brand retail presence and driving secondary sales through dealer relationships. This is not a retail store sales role. This is a channel expansion and distribution role.

Key Responsibilities -

1) Channel Development • Onboard premium home décor, crockery, and lifestyle stores • Leverage existing retailer relationships to drive quick market entry • Identify high-potential multi-brand stores and regional distributors 2) Sales & Distribution • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and payment cycles • Drive primary and secondary sales • Monitor sell-through and repeat orders • Ensure healthy inventory rotation across partners 3) Market Expansion • Build city-wise distribution strategy • Track competition and pricing positioning • Identify opportunities in hospitality and boutique retail 4) Relationship Management • Maintain strong retailer relationships • Conduct product trainings and sampling presentations • Ensure brand positioning is maintained at retail level

Who We’re Looking For • 5–10 years experience in home décor / crockery / furnishing B2B sales • Ready network of premium multi-brand home stores • Experience handling dealer margins and trade schemes • Strong understanding of distribution economics • Target-driven and commercially sharp

This role is ideal for someone who can open 20–30 meaningful retail doors in the first 12 months.
