Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Associate Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the night shift and possess strong communication and sourcing skills. This role involves identifying, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates for various open positions. Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) (Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts) Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews with clients and follow up with candidates Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline Good communication skills (Verbal & Written English) Comfortable working in night shift Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR (Freshers can apply) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Perks & Benefits: ✅ Meal Provided ✅ Cab Facility Available ✅ Friendly and Supportive Work Environment ✅ Growth Opportunities
