Python & Backend Developer Trainer

Python & Backend Developer Trainer Sierra Learning Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Python & Backend Developer Trainer to lead our technical curriculum and mentor students from foundational coding to building secure, ML-integrated production APIs.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on training in Python and Backend Development Teach modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic) Guide students in building scalable, production-ready API architectures Integrate ML workflows into backend systems (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) Cover authentication and deployment concepts (JWT, OAuth2, Docker, ASGI) Mentor students on real-world projects and best coding practices

Technical Skills Required: Strong expertise in Python (OOP and advanced concepts) Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and REST API standards Knowledge of ML workflows and data handling Understanding of secure authentication methods Experience with Docker and backend deployment Strong communication and teaching skills
