Company Description TAARK ELECTRIC VEHICLES & EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD specializes in manufacturing battery-operated electric vehicles for in-campus applications and on-road use. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll position, based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities include overseeing payroll processes, ESI, EPF, Health Insurances, implementing and adhering to HR policies, managing employee benefits, administering personnel management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Coordination with other departments to handle HR-related queries and ensuring seamless HR operations will be a key part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Ability to develop and implement HR Policies effectively Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of payroll systems and practices Proficiency in handling HR-related software and tools Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Pollachi, Kinathukadavu, Kovilpalayam, Sundarapuram/ Local area candidates will be given preferences.
