Desktop Support Engineer

Hiring – Desktop Support (L1) Location: Kasargod, Kerala

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) with hands-on experience in field support for banking environments. Key Responsibilities: • Hardware & peripheral troubleshooting (Printers/Scanners) • Windows OS installation, patching & antivirus updates • L1 network support (Router/Switch/LAN) • Finacle script & IE configuration, ILINK installation • Field visits to multiple bank branches (3–4 per day) • Activity updates, CCFR collection & coordination with vendors ✅ Requirements: • 1–3 years of L1 Desktop Support experience • Knowledge of banking IT support preferred • Local language mandatory • 2-wheeler preferred • Local candidates will be an advantage
