Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will focus on engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions to generate revenue. Daily tasks include researching leads, managing customer interactions, closing sales, and meeting performance targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members, utilizing AI sales tools, and participating in training sessions to ensure continuous development and results.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement and relationship building. Proficiency in Sales techniques and processes to identify opportunities and close deals successfully. Experience in Training and Sales Management to support team development and optimize performance. Ability to analyze data, use CRM tools, and adapt to AI-driven sales systems is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Relevant experience in a client-facing sales role and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
