About the Role : We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Remote - India) to drive PU Prime’s growth across India. This strategic role focuses on managing IBs, affiliates, and local partnerships, driving client acquisition, and expanding our footprint in key Indian markets.

Responsibilities : Identify, onboard, and manage IB and affiliate partnerships across India. Drive client outsourcing, lead generation, and partner-driven acquisition. Monitor, track, and report on partner performance with actionable insights. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Indian regulatory frameworks in Forex and CFD markets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute regional growth strategies.

Qualifications : Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in Forex/CFDs. Must have own IBs, clients, and portfolio to bring into PU Prime. Strong performance track record with past 3 months sales/trading performance data available. Ability to balance relationship building with achieving targets. Deep knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and online trading platforms preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced remote environment. Fluency in English; additional Indian languages are a plus. Willingness to travel within India for business development activities if required.
