Brief Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (10+ years) with strong expertise in PCB testing, debugging, and motherboard design for high‑quality consumer electronic products. The ideal candidate will excel in hardware validation, failure analysis, power electronics, and cross‑functional collaboration within an EMS environment.

What you'll do Provide hands-on technical support for consumer electronic products in an EMS setup. Perform PCB-level testing, debugging, and validation of analog, digital & RF circuits. Conduct failure analysis and drive corrective actions to improve product quality. Prepare engineering test reports, data analysis, and detailed documentation. Support manufacturing processes and collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and production teams. Design electronic motherboards from concept to completion, ensuring compliance and manufacturability. Define board architecture, power distribution, and select DC‑DC converters and regulators. Review schematics, BOMs, and work with layout engineers to meet high‑speed and power integrity requirements.

Desired Skills Strong expertise in oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and diagnostic tools. Hands-on experience in testing and debugging digital/analog/RF and power circuits. Working knowledge of schematic design and PCB layout principles. Familiarity with embedded systems and programming (C++ or Python). Proven experience in developing robust power electronics and digital boards from concept to production.
