Job Responsibilities: ● Play a key role in shaping the academic and career paths of undergraduate students pursuing higher education abroad. ● Guide students step by step to discover their dream university and program, aligning them with their academic and career goals. ● Assist students with undergraduate university and course selection, guide scholarships, application processes, and financial aid options. ● Help students with profile building, including guidance on SOPs, LORs, resume editing, and interview preparation. ● Advise students on visa processes for key study-abroad destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. ● Establish clear follow-up mechanisms with students and partner universities to ensure a smooth application process. ● Stay updated on the latest information and utilize technology to provide real-time, high-quality counselling services. ● Assist students in preparing the necessary documents for their applications, ensuring all requirements are met. ● Provide daily support to students to address any concerns, follow up on their applications, and liaise with universities and internal teams. ● Ensure the highest quality of student experience by meeting timelines and setting new benchmarks in student services.

Requirements: ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● Strong listening abilities to understand student concerns and guide them effectively. ● 3+ years of experience in overseas education counselling, particularly for undergraduate students. ● Familiarity with the admission processes for top universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other study-abroad destinations. ● A strong willingness to learn and adapt. ● A graduation or Master's in Counselling, Psychology, or related fields will be an advantage. ● Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools for providing counselling services.
