Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Functional Managed Services Representative
(Core HR, Payroll and/or Benefits)

Who and the What :
Elire Global Services (EGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Elire, is expanding our Oracle Cloud HCM Managed Services team in Bengaluru, India and seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Managed Services Representative with strong Oracle Cloud HCM expertise across Core HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits.
This role supports multiple global clients across diverse industries, providing senior-level functional configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory services in live Oracle Cloud HCM production environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in one or more HCM modules, broad functional understanding across the HCM suite, and a strong client-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Managed Services & Client Support
โข Provide senior-level functional support across Oracle Cloud HCM, with primary focus in Core HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits, aligned to individual strengths.
โข Support multiple clients concurrently in a managed services (AMS) delivery model, managing priorities, SLAs, and issue resolution.
โข Serve as a trusted functional advisor to client HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders.
Core HR (as applicable)
โข Configure and support workforce structures including legal employers, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and locations.
โข Support employment lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, and global/local moves.
โข Troubleshoot workflow, approval, security, and data integrity issues.
Payroll (as applicable)
โข Support Oracle Cloud Payroll including payroll flows, costing, retro pay, validations, and payment processing.
โข Configure and maintain elements, balances, calculation cards, fast formulas, and costing rules.
โข Troubleshoot payroll processing errors, costing discrepancies, and flow failures.
โข Support quarter-end and year-end activities and legislative updates.
Benefits (as applicable)
โข Configure and support Oracle Cloud Benefits including plan design, eligibility profiles, rates, life events, and enrollment processing.
โข Support Open Enrollment activities including configuration, testing, execution, and post-cycle validation.
โข Troubleshoot enrollment, eligibility, and rate calculation issues.
โข Support carrier integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, and file-based interfaces.
Cross-Module & Operational Responsibilities
โข Perform root-cause analysis for cross-module issues impacting HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
โข Support quarterly Oracle patch reviews, regression testing, and release impact assessments.
โข Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data loads.
โข Maintain clear documentation including SOPs, configuration logs, and client communications.
โข Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and best-practice improvements across client environments.
Required Qualifications
โข 6+ years of overall Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
โข Minimum 5 years of deep, hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits.
โข Strong functional understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and cross-module data flow.
โข Proven experience supporting live production environments in a managed services or AMS delivery model.
โข Ability to support multiple clients simultaneously with strong prioritization and communication skills.
โข Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
โข Experience supporting U.S. Payroll and/or U.S. Benefits.
โข Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
โข Exposure to multi-country or global HCM environments.
โข Consulting or professional services background.
