Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn’t just track milestones — but drives momentum. This role is responsible for leading large, complex, and high-visibility initiatives. You will operate at both execution and strategic levels, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. You will manage cross-functional teams, handle senior stakeholders, mitigate enterprise-level risks, and ensure predictable, high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large or multi-stream projects Define execution frameworks, governance structures, and reporting standards Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Identify dependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, finance, and external partners Conduct executive-level status reviews and steering committee updates Build risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans Ensure compliance, documentation, and process adherence Mentor and guide Project Managers / Associate PMs What Success Looks Like Large programs delivered with predictability and quality Minimal escalation due to proactive risk management Clear visibility for leadership across timelines and performance Strong stakeholder confidence and alignment Measurable business impact from executed initiatives What We’re Looking For 8–12+ years of project management experience Proven experience handling complex, multi-team programs Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships Strong executive communication skills Ability to influence across senior stakeholders High ownership and accountability mindset
