Job Description

- Own and drive pan‑India revenue growth, covering both top‑line and bottom‑line responsibility.

- Build and execute sales strategies for industrial machinery, capital equipment, and engineered systems.

- Expand and strengthen the distributor/dealer network across major industrial regions.

- Lead long‑cycle B2B sales processes, including technical discussions, machine demos, trials, and solution‑based selling.

- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and production teams to deliver custom and application‑specific solutions.

- Manage key accounts across large manufacturing, processing, engineering, and automation‑driven clients.

- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market shifts to refine sales strategy.

- Lead, coach, and scale regional and national sales teams with clear performance metrics.

- Drive institutional sales, dealer‑led sales, and direct B2B engagement models.

- Ensure strong sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM‑driven execution.

The Successful Applicant

- 12‑18 years of experience in agricultural machinery, capital goods, heavy engineering, automation, or related equipment sales.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi‑state or national sales teams.

- Proven understanding of machinery, production line systems, automation, or engineering equipment.

- Experience managing revenue portfolios of ₹50 Cr+ (preferred).

- Strong background in dealer‑driven, channel‑led, and institutional B2B selling models.

- Deep expertise in long technical sales cycles and complex industrial negotiations.

- Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Willingness to travel 50‑60% across India to drive business expansion.
