We are looking for a detail-oriented

Quality Control (QC)

to ensure quality execution of interior and civil works. The role involves site validation, drawing verification, costing support, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities ●

Conduct site measurements and validation before project execution ●

Verify site readiness and technical feasibility ●

Inspect ongoing interior works (carpentry, modular installations, finishes, electrical, etc.) ●

Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings ●

Verify measurements and layouts with actual site conditions ●

Support design team with technical inputs ●

Maintain updated technical documentation ●

Maintain costing sheets in MS Excel ●

Track material usage and project costs ●

Maintain project documentation and reports ●

Ensure project scope matches contract terms ●

Maintain records of site validations and quality checks ●

Strong knowledge of MS Excel ●

Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD ●

Understanding of site measurements and validation ●

Knowledge of costing and BOQ preparation ●

Knowledge of project contracts and scope documents ●

Ability to read drawings ●

Strong attention to detail ●

Good communication skills

Experience 1–3 years in Interior / Civil / Construction field Qualification:

Any Graduate (Preferred: Civil Engineering / Diploma Civil) Experience in interior projects preferred
