Project Manager – Digital Transformation
Overview
As our Project Manager/Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of complex and high-impact digital projects. You will steer project execution, safeguard delivery timelines, manage risk, and communicate progress while working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules. • Stakeholder Management : Engage and manage expectations of sponsors, cross-functional teams
(Engineering, Product, BAs, QAs, Analytics, Sales), and external partners. Facilitate clear communication and alignment at every project phase.
• Resource & Timeline Management : Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Allocate tasks and manage dependencies to optimize team productivity.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues. Implement
corrective actions promptly to keep projects on track.
• Budget & Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, control costs, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee project QA/UAT, ensuring deliverables meet the defined standards and requirements.
• Change & Release Management : Manage project changes, document decisions, ensure stakeholder approvals, and govern smooth delivery of digital releases.
• Reporting & Documentation : Track progress through KPIs and regular status reports (using
dashboards/tools) tailored for technical and business audiences. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead retrospectives and contribute learnings to refine processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Team Leadership : Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture; motivate, coach, and guide team members as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience : 5+ years as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role, leading digital/software projects end-to-end.
• Methodologies : Strong grasp of agile and formal project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Technical Background : Understanding of software engineering practices and enterprise IT systems; comfortable with project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).

Industry Knowledge : Exposure to the insurance, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
• Education & Certifications : Bachelor’s degree required. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at simplifying complex
concepts for stakeholders of varying technical literacy.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making ability.

Results-Orientation : Demonstrated history of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
•
People Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to lead cross-functional/multicultural teams.
