Product Trainer (Home Retail)

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to support our clients retail teams by delivering engaging and effective training on our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the retail environment, and the ability to translate complex product knowledge into practical, customer-facing benefits.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for retail staff (in-store). -Train new hires and conduct refresher sessions for existing staff on product features, benefits, and usage. -Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to stay updated on product developments, campaigns, and positioning. -Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various retail audiences. -Conduct in-store training, demonstrations, and floor walks to assess product knowledge and provide feedback. -Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance tracking. -Maintain detailed training records and provide reports to management on progress and results. -Support product launches by ensuring retail teams are equipped with necessary product knowledge. -Address and clarify product-related queries from staff or customers when escalated.

Requirements:-

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. -Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product training, preferably in the retail sector. -Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to travel to retail locations as required. -Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS or digital training tools is a plus.
